Small Shifts Participant Agreement and Program Policies

Your agreement

By enrolling in The Small Shifts Marriage Method, you understand that the program fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment. The Early Access fee is $597 for enrollment completed through October 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern; beginning October 21, 2026, the Late Access fee is $697. Because this is a one-time cohort payment, there is no subscription and there are no future Small Shifts program charges. Shalom Bayis Agency does not offer an in-house payment plan. Klarna may be available at checkout through Kajabi Payments, subject to Klarna approval, eligibility and terms. Live Q&A and group coaching begin Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern and continue every Wednesday; if you cannot attend live, you may watch the recording. Module 1 releases Motzei Shabbos, October 24, 2026. Enrollment includes access to the Small Shifts course, the Small Shifts Guided Reset meditation links, and a private participant WhatsApp group for encouragement, wins, and brief implementation questions; responses are generally provided within 24 hours, excluding Shabbos, and there are no responses on Shabbos. Live sessions are recorded and shared only with enrolled participants, and participants agree not to photograph, screenshot, screen-record, audio-record, copy, forward, identify, quote, or share another participant’s name, image, voice, story, messages, personal information, group posts, or replay content; confidentiality is expected from every participant but cannot be absolutely guaranteed. The program provides relationship coaching and education for ordinary marriage patterns and is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis response, emergency care, or medical, legal, clinical, or rabbinic advice. Concerns involving fear, threats, coercive control, stalking, sexual or physical violence, danger to children, active addiction, or an acute mental-health crisis require appropriate specialized or emergency support outside this program.
