Small Shifts Privacy and Coaching Scope Notice

This notice explains how information connected with the Small Shifts Marriage Method may be used and clarifies the program’s privacy, confidentiality, recording, support, and safety boundaries.

Confidentiality, screenshots, and recordings

Live sessions are recorded and shared only with enrolled participants, and information you choose to share may be heard or seen by other participants or appear in a replay. Participants may not photograph, screenshot, screen-record, audio-record, download, copy, forward, quote, identify, post, publish, or otherwise share another participant’s name, image, voice, story, messages, personal information, group posts, or replay content. Every participant is expected to protect confidentiality, but Shalom Bayis Agency cannot absolutely guarantee another participant’s conduct, so share only what you are comfortable sharing in a group setting.

WhatsApp boundaries and response time

The private participant WhatsApp group is for encouragement, wins, and brief implementation questions. Information posted there is visible to other group members and is subject to the same confidentiality expectations. Responses are generally provided within 24 hours, excluding Shabbos. 

Coaching and safety scope

The Small Shifts Marriage Method provides relationship coaching, education, personal-development tools, and peer support for ordinary marriage patterns.  Concerns involving fear, threats, coercive control, stalking, sexual or physical violence, or an acute mental-health crisis require appropriate specialized support outside the program.
