Relationship Coaching Agreement

SERVICES:

Zakah Glaser, a Certified Laura Doyle Relationship Coach (the coach) will provide relationship coaching tailored to the client's individual needs, focusing on goals that the client identifies. This coaching will be highly interactive, based on active listening, and will evoke solutions and strategies from the client.

APPROACH:

The client’s well-being is central in coaching. The coach will be respectful of the client’s needs and requests, constructive in providing feedback, attentive to the client’s boundaries, mindful of confidentiality and conflicts of interest, and forthright in addressing such issues if they emerge.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

The coaching relationship is confidential. Anything shared with your coach will not be shared with anyone without your written consent. Your information is privileged, which means that your coach is free from the duty to speak in court about your coaching unless you waive that right, or a judge orders it. If you are threatening and in imminent danger of serious bodily harm to yourself or others, your coach may break confidentiality. Should such a circumstance arise, the coach will make every effort to discuss it with you fully before taking any action and will limit any disclosure to what is absolutely necessary. The coach will make every effort to honor the client’s confidence and will advise the client of circumstances that might influence the coach’s objectivity or judgment. 

The client agrees to keep the stories shared by her coach during sessions confidential. It is critical that you have a private, safe space for the calls where you will be completely alone and not be interrupted by others in your environment or other incoming calls or texts. 

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST:

Any conflict of interest will be discussed and resolved with the client’s best interests in mind. If a conflict arises, the coach will identify it and attempt to resolve it with the client. If the coach cannot serve the client objectively or respectfully, the coach will refer the client to another solution.

TIME:

Sessions will typically last about 45 -60 minutes. The sessions will begin and end on time unless the client and coach have both agreed to extend that session prior to the start.

SESSION:

The coach and client will meet on the Kajabi portal or Zoom. The client can join with the link. The client will join the call at the specified appointment time. You will be provided a link and a Calendar Invitation by the coach.

CANCELLATION:

If the client needs to cancel an appointment, she must do so at least 24 hours prior to the coaching session or will be required to pay for the session. The coach will likewise give the client at least 24-hour notice of change or rescheduling prior to any session. If the client misses the first session, there is a $100 cancellation fee. For a follow-up session, it will be deducted from the existing package. Canceling a Sunday appointment must be done by 1 pm on Friday. If a session is after a holiday, the client must cancel by 1 pm the day before the holiday begins.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

The client is held to a high standard of responsibility and accountability. Accordingly, the client is expected to be resourceful and take full responsibility for doing the work to achieve the desired results. Additionally, the client is expected to provide constructive feedback about the quality and usefulness of the coaching and be forthright about a desire to restructure or terminate the coaching.

TERMS:

This contract is for weekly sessions, unless otherwise agreed. 

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment must be made before sessions begin.

If you aren’t satisfied with my coaching services or aren’t seeing the results you desire, from implementing and utilizing the private coaching,  you’ll have the opportunity to discontinue your coaching services, without further obligation no questions asked. Although, I appreciate knowing how I could have served you better. You’ll be refunded the prorated portion of the unused services. If you’re paying monthly, your cancellation will cause you no further obligations for payments and or delivery of my services.
